Our acclaimed Whisky Barrel Oak-Aged Maple Syrup is an ultra-limited creation where time, wood, and syrup meet in perfect harmony. Our rich, amber dark maple syrup absorbs the character of seasoned French oak, emerging with layers of vanilla, toasted caramel, and a hint of spirited warmth. Lusciously smooth and deeply complex, it’s a once-a-season treasure for those who appreciate flavour without compromise. Our Whisky Barrel Oak-Aged Maple is created using our proprietary Esterification method known only to a small number of distillers around the world - and now exclusively brought to Artisanal Ontario product - including Light, Medium AND Dark Oak aging!
Tasting Notes: Rich maple depth with smoky caramel and charred oak on the nose. The palate opens velvety, with layers of toffee, cacao, and dried fig, touched by vanilla and spice. A lingering finish of warm whisky, toasted oak, and maple cream leaves a luxurious echo.
