Nestled among rolling fields and maple groves of Coldwater Maple Company, Cozy Acres is a little patch of country charm where every sunrise brings something wholesome and delicious. Our days begin with the cheerful clucks of our free-range chicken flock, strutting about like they own the place. Their golden eggs are as fresh as the morning air—and a favorite of the community and new friends alike.
From the crackle of our incredible artisanal bread or our buttery croissants to the slow, secret craft of maple syrup and our whisky oak barrel-aged syrup, everything we make is rooted in patience, care, and good stewardship of our homestead. When the seasons shift, our stand fills with crisp garden vegetables and earthy gourmet mushrooms (including wine caps).
